Dr Frédérique Cointe, VP Technology, a former European Technical manager with ExxonMobil received a PhD in Chemical Engineering – catalysis from IFP Energies Nouvelles in France, Europe. She retired in 2021 after 34 years working for ExxonMobil in many petroleum asphalt business and technical leadership positions. Deep world-class expertise in project management, research and development, asphalt production support, quality control & assurance, risk management.

She is an influential European industry leader, highly involved along her career with Eurobitume, the European asphalt/bitumen producers and marketers association.
